SMOKIN HoTT?

has anybody gotten a really nice buzz from a couple cigarettes but then a few minutes late felt like total **** and kinda sick, how long does this crappy sick feeling last and what can i do to make it go away. i dont usually smoke, thats why i'm feeling this. cigarettes kill, stick to the green
