Am i pregnant, Im on the pill?

I have been on the yasmin pill not long now i have two pills left in my first strip. I havent had a period since i had my second child 10 weeks ago. I have been taking my pill everday but i have recently had a few minor bleeds every few days. What ways can you tell if your pregnant while still taking the pill??
