Does anyone bred Killie fish on here? How hard or easy is it?

depending on which killies you want to try.when you see eggs for sale they are usually the more difficult ones to do.for these [usually annuals] you need peat/moss to hatch them out.start on the easy ones that lay in plants or wool mops.the aphyosemion species is a easyish group.[gardneri] or the epiplatys.put either name into your search engine and you will get plenty of imfo.you obviously need a pair of the species in a small tank, and a mop.they spawn every day when in condition and you take the mop out and place it in another small tank with a little air movement.depending on temperature they soon hatch and after a couple of days you feed them on infusoria [liquifry] for a week, after that they can take very fine dust of flake food,in a small tank you need to do water changes with conditioned water every other day.hope this is of help
