My dog wont eat and i took it to the vet but they say she is fine, HELP!!!!?

ok i had a dog that did that but he had sidea ( not speeled right ) if it does not have dihherea then he does not have that try feeding it ceasur bistro meals my dog is picky and she eats that i hope it does ok i just lost one and i hope yours does good
