1977 johnson 70 hp outboard has no plug spark?

I have a1977 Johnson seventy and had it started twice today and after I shut it off it. wont start. No spark to the plugs. Got any input I'm lost here. Got new plugs gapped at, .030 new gas the dude at the starter is good
