Is it possible to get a weekend CIty break for 2 for �400 from Newcastle UK?

trying to find a cheap city break to somewhere like Prague, Budapest or somewhere eastern for my boyfriend for his birthday at end of August...everything I look at is 5/600 quid and upwards for just 2 nights!! If you've had a great bargain weekend please share the info!!
