When will these baby killers stop?

yet another story of a baby being beat to death, a href="http://uk.news.yahoo.com/5/20090622/tuk-teenager-aged-15-beat-toddler-to-dea-45dbed5.html."http://uk.news.yahoo.com/5/20090622/tuk-…/a when will it end? i mean, if this youngster couldn't cope with a 2 year old, why didn't he ask a neighbour for help, or ring the mother? it defies belief in my opinion x
