I just bought a new TV and a surround sound home theater...what's the best way to hook it all up?

I just bought a new Sony LCD television (HDMI compatible) and a new Sony DVD surround sound home theater system (also HDMI compatible). I have digital cable television service so I will need to have the DVR box connected too. I also bought an HDMI cable. What is the best way to hook thi sall up?
