How do you correct police report?

The police are hampered by something called evidence. Without sufficient evidence to prove a crime happened beyond a reasonable doubt, the police cannot make a case. In a lawsuit, the evidence needs to only be more believable on one side. A police report contains both the officer's descriptions of the scene and any witness statements. Race descriptions are based either on what is reported by witnesses or what the officer perceives. Nationality and race are not the same thing and Hispanic is considered White in most cases. The only way you can make the other party pay is to sue them and prove your side over his.
