Do I count my American spouses income on my tax return?

I was married in August of 2008, I am currently living in the US but for tax purposes I am still considered a resident of Canada. I am filing my income tax for Canada. My spouse is American, is his income considered taxable in Canada? If no, how do I indicate that on my tax form?
