Can anyone make me a nice outfit?

Hey everybody! I'm a junior(girl) in high school and we are having a dance/ ceremony to get our cl rings, and im terrible at putting together outfits, but I want to look nice. I don't want anything to risque, something that I could wear flats and tights with, and something with a sweater/ cardigan or something, because it will be chilly and I'm a little self conscious. Any links you have would be really helpful, thanks everyone! P.S. I like Forever 21 and stores like that and am open to pretty much anything :) Thanks a lot!
