Bend back Ears that stick out?

My ears stick out a lot and I was wondering if there is a process I can do to make the stick back without plastic surgery. Will it even be possible to make them stick back permanently by sticking them back with tape or some kind of head band every day? I once wore a head band for a long time and the cartilage in my ear got really soft but by the next day they didn’t look any different. If those people in India can stretch their neck like a giraffe why can’t something work for my ears?
