Am I eligible for a loan or something related?

Well last Friday on Halloween, someone stole my cell phone and all the cash from my wallet, a total of $1,020 cash. Well now I'm really screwed I've got rent to pay, car payment, my insurance, and 2 parking tickets. I was going to pay for all of this today actually. Am I eligible for some kind of loan? I'm 19 I have no credit history, all I have is a checking account from Bank of America. I called the customer support and the guy was of no help at all really. He just told me to visit the website and check the loan page which didn't really help. I'm gonna try walking in tomorrow at the branch and ask in person. In essence what I'm trying to ask is; Is there a company or service where I can borrow around $1000 and pay back in installments? And also if I'm even eligible to do this....I'm getting pretty stressed and desperate all I have is $66 in my checking account which will not last long.......
