02 jeep cherokee Ac problems?

I have an 02 jeep cherokee and the Ac ONLY goes through the defrost vent. I will move the dial through all settings and it still blows through that vent. I am very good at fixing cars so please dont say "goto your mechanic" If you can please tell me the part to order or where the problem is coming from so i can do it my self. Thanks
